Fantastic Views! Pristine two bedroom Asheville Vacation Cabin with two bathrooms! MUST drive a 4 wheel drive vehicle! Perched high in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains, this very tastefully decorated cabin makes you feel cozy and at home. In this king bedroom and queen bedroom cabin you’ll enjoy romantic seclusion and amazing panoramic mountain sunrises and sunsets.You have great hiking right outside your door plus the location, just 20 minutes west of downtown Asheville, will allow you to experience all that this area has to offer. Within 15 minutes is a selection of whitewater rafting, ziplining, the Bent Creek complex with 600 acres of hiking and mountain biking, the N. C. Arboretum formal gardens, nature trail and beautiful bronze statues and Lake Powhatan with a white sandy beach, fishing and grills for cooking out.
The large kitchen has been outfitted with whatever the cook may need. For outdoor cooking a Weber propane grill is provided. The spacious wrap around deck has a comfortable setting with a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains.
Both spacious bedrooms are generously supplied with all the linens that you would want to enjoy your stay. Downstairs den is complete with movie library and surround sound to make a perfect movie night.
The Asheville area hosts many seasonal favorites and year round Micro Brewery tours with 3 new breweries in 2014. Berry picking time in early Spring and Summer--Apple picking time in September. The Farmers Market in Spring thru Fall--Sliding rock, golf, historical sites including the Carl Sandburg Home, Biltmore Estate, and many more. Other activities included: hiking, biking, walking, fishing, river rafting, horseback riding, shopping, dining, outdoor plays, just to name a few.
A 4 wheel drive vehicle is REQUIRED to access the property.
