If you are planning to have a family retreat or reunion our 5 bedroom Eagles Landing has great space and all the amenities for sleeping up to 12. It has wonderful views and is within 15 minutes of the Biltmore Estate and downtown Asheville.  Billiard/ping pong/foosball game room and a hot tub on the deck make it great fun.  King bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms, 2 twins in bedrm, set of bunks and double bed in "kids room". There's also a queen sofa sleeper in the downtstairs Den.  3 full bathrooms all together and is Handicapped Accessible. In addition our Dancing Waters is on the same property about 100 yards away and overlooks the creek with it's firepit and large flat playing area for soccer, frisbee etc. You will have ping pong upstairs and a hot tub on the deck !  Reserving this home as well will add an additional sleeping space for 6.
