Don’t you just adore ordering breakfast in bed when you are on vacation? Well, you can have that same pleasure and luxury from the comfort of your very own home (or rental home) here in Asheville!

It is surprisingly simple to create a delicious and luxurious breakfast. And when you pick a recipe that can be made the night before and then just reheated in the morning, you have the perfect breakfast-in-bed at home! At this time of year, with all of the delightful fresh produce that is becoming available in the farmers markets now, one of our favorite recipes to make is a garden fresh spinach quiche. This dish is perfect for the entire family, for even young children who don’t like eggs, or vegetables, rarely balk at them when they are mixed with so much delicious melted cheese! Plus, they can’t see the whole eggs, nor the whole spinach leaves. If you are in a huge hurry, the frozen spinach that the recipe calls for is a great option, but if you want a more garden fresh option, just use 10 ounces of fresh spinach from your favorite farmer’s market.

So, check out this delightful quiche recipe from the great food blog Dine and Dish, and make yourself (and your special someone) a luxurious and shockingly simple breakfast. Then, curl up in bed and make your morning an indulgent one, whether you are on vacation with us or at home in Asheville. You won’t be disappointed!
