Delightful 3 bedroom with 4th sleeping room and new Hot Tub overlooking the mountains and a joyous swiftly moving creek! The large game room upstairs has foosball, ping pong and darts. Your doggie can go right out the front door unattended to play and do his thing in the fenced in yard. So this vacation home is very pet friendly. If you enjoy a campfire and feel like roasting marshmellows or hot dogs there's a firepit by your creek and plenty of wood. Beautifully furnished with king bedroom, queen bedroom and leather furniture in the large living room with gas log fireplace. Located in Candler, 15 minutes west of downtown Asheville. You'll also enjoy being 10 minutes from Lake Powhatan and the 600 acre Bent Creek hiking and mountain biking along with the small nature trails and formal gardens of of the beautiful Arboretum.
